Make sure to hide all your valuables in the parked car, since car break-ins have been known to occur.

10. Upcountry Maui

This is a wonderful place to let your spirit run free. Check it out before sunset, and see why everyone loves the diversity of Maui. On the drive down, stop by the rustic cowboy town of Makawao for dinner at Casanova or Polli’s and a bit of shopping.
